Brian Jones has spent over 25 years at the heart of skateboarding, helping lead global brands to shape the way for its culture. Before the skate mags and industry jobs, Brian was a junior golfer grinding it out on SoCal courses. By the late ’90s, he was that rare kid skating curbs by night and working retail shifts at Nevada Bob’s Golf Shop by day while putting himself through art school—never putting the clubs away, just carving his own path. A single-digit handicap since his early teens, that lifelong core dedication to both golf and skateboarding eventually became the foundation for his brand, Sandy Par, a creative golf brand experience with serious golf at its core.
With Golf Flea, Brian is bringing the same energy to the community space. A connoisseur of collectibles and products since his teens, Brian was frustrated by the lack of consistent offerings at flea markets that actually reflected his world—golf, art, music, skate, and design—so he built his own. Golf Flea isn’t about what’s trending; it’s him paying homage to his teenage self and delivering what feels real. It’s for the heads who know that a limited Circle T Scotty putter, rad clothing, a vintage skateboard deck, a pair of rare Nikes, or that special punk album can hold the same kind of magic.

Troy Aguila is the founder of Gwop Meet, a groundbreaking event that reimagines the traditional golf expo. Launched in 2022, Gwop Meet fuses the classic elements of golf with a vibrant, festival-like atmosphere that’s fun for the whole family. The name "Gwop" is a clever blend of the words "golf" and "swap," encapsulating the event’s dynamic focus on both the sport and community-driven exchanges.
In 2023, Troy took Gwop Meet international, hosting a successful pop-up event in Tokyo, and in 2024, he launched the GOLF STORE by Gwop Meet, expanding the brand into retail. With over 60 brand partnerships to date, Troy has established a robust network within the golf and lifestyle industries, positioning Gwop Meet as a distinctive and engaging platform for both brands and enthusiasts.
Before founding Gwop Meet, Troy gained significant experience in advertising, marketing, and sales. He also owned and operated a gym in Los Angeles for seven years, where he refined his entrepreneurial skills and passion for creating immersive, engaging experiences.
